The processing of your personal data will only take place for the purpose of performing the estate agency service.
Period of storage of personal data:
Data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed until your consent is withdrawn.
We have the right to process your personal data for archiving purposes in order to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, for the possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims, which is the exercise of our legitimate interest for a period of up to 10 years.
Right of access to your personal data:
You have the right of access to the content of your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure and the right to restrict its processing, as well as the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
Recipients of data:
Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities; our partners, only on the basis of your consent: credit intermediary companies, developers, notaries. Accounting companies, IT companies, software providers have access to your personal data. All data is transferred in accordance with the law, on the basis of relevant agreements on the entrustment of personal data processing.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, nor will it be profiled.
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- if the processing required consent, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
You can withdraw your consent by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our postal address or the email address provided in the header;
- The right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes or on grounds relating to your particular situation - in cases where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest;
-the right to access your personal data, to request the rectification of your personal data, to request the erasure of your personal data, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, to request the portability of your personal data (we will carry out this request if such a transfer is technically possible).
The provision of your personal data is a necessary condition for the effective performance of the intermediation activity, including the response to the submitted request for an offer, and failure to do so will not allow us to perform the intermediation activity.
